You can conduct the download and installation procedure from the Apple Watch app installed on the companion iPhone:The first step is to make sure that your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS, connected to Wi-Fi and within range of your Apple Watch.
Open the Apple Watch app and go to My Watch > Settings > General > Software Update. TheWatchOS2 update page opens, but before you tap on the Download and Install button make sure that your Apple Watch is connected to its charger and has at least 50% battery.
Once everything is set up correctly, tap on the Download and Install button, enter your Passcode and tap on Agree to proceed to the download.
