Voice Editor Essential

Voice Editor Essential is a MIDI iPad application that allows to change the parameters of the Yamaha synthesizers.

This editor is focused on detailed editing of insert effects, system effects, arpeggiator and equalizer that need to be changed frequently, enjoying the benefits of the large screen of the iPad. In addition to this, you can control parameters such as EG or Cutoff in real time using the control faders or XY Pad mode. Some global key parameters, which control the tempo and volume are also included.

In "Effect" you can select and edit the insert effects, system effects, routing, as well as sending and Return of all the effects of sound.

Effect mode

- In "Effect" you can select and edit the insert effects, system effects, routing, as well as sending and Return of all the effects of sound.

EQ mode

- You can change the equalization of MOTIF XF sounds and save different settings for each of the 50 models.

- You can also change the EQ curve by pinching your fingers.

Fader mode

- The following parameters can be assigned to each fader:

Cutoff, Resonance, Attack FEG, FEG Decay FEG Release, Depth FEG, AEG Attack, AEG Decay, Sustain AEG, AEG Release, Portamento Time

XY Mode Pad

- You can assign up to five parameters on the X and Y axes and control them all simultaneously.

- A MIDI control change message is sent to control the parameters of the current devices:

AEG Attack, AEG Decay, Sustain AEG, AEG Release, Attack FEG, FEG Decay, Sustain FEG, FEG Depth, Cutoff, Resonance, Volume, Pan, Assign 1.2, Reverb Send, Chorus Send, Foot Controller 1.2, Foot Switch, Function1,2, Breath Controller

- You can set the ball's speed. You can press RESET to center the ball.

* If you use the Yamaha MIDI Interface i-MX1 iPhone / iPad, you can connect to any MIDI instrument.
