four weeks difference and all I’ve done is change my diet 👍 I’m nursing and can’t take any medication, so I tried Whole30 and this is my result! I cut out sugar, grains, gluten, soy, dairy, legumes and processed foods. about a week or so ago I also started taking vitamin D drops in the morning. I’ll start to reintroduce the food groups I left out to see if/what triggers. here’s to hoping for continued improvement!
